What we can help with
- A file will not open, or looks wrong. Tell us which product and what you are opening it in, and we will get you a working copy.
- You did not get your download. Check your spam folder first, then send us the email address you ordered with and we will resend the link.
- You are not sure a workbook does what you need. Ask before you buy. If it is not right for you, we will tell you so.
- You want to use these with clients. The standard licence is single-user, but write to us about a commercial licence.
- You found a mistake in our maths. Please tell us. We will fix it and send the corrected file to everyone who bought it.
What we cannot help with
We are not lawyers, accountants, insurance agents or lenders, and we cannot advise on your specific situation. Our tools help you organize your own numbers and ask better questions — but for anything consequential, talk to a qualified professional.
