When you buy a Sparrowstead product, you get a single-user licence. Here is what that means in plain language.
You may
- Use the file for your own home, or homes you personally own.
- Make copies for your own use, edit it, add tabs, delete what does not apply, and adapt it however you like.
- Share your completed workbook with your spouse or partner, your insurance agent, your accountant, your lender or your contractor when it is relevant to your own property.
- Keep it forever. There is no subscription and nothing expires.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the original file.
- Upload it to a template marketplace, a file-sharing site, or a membership site.
- Use it as a client deliverable in a business, or bundle it into a product or service you sell. If you want to use these tools commercially — as a realtor, insurance agent, property manager or financial adviser — email sparrowstead.support@gmail.com and we will sort out a commercial licence.
- Claim authorship of the work.
