Who we are

What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, billing address and the items you purchased. We need this to deliver your files and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Shopify Payments and the card networks. We never see or store your card number.
- Email address, if you download our free guide or subscribe. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- Usage data: standard analytics about how the store is used, collected by Shopify.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send you email you did not ask for.
Who processes your data on our behalf
Shopify (store, checkout and payments), our email provider, and our digital delivery app. Each is bound by its own data processing terms.
International transfers
We are based in Spain and most of our customers are in the United States, so your information is processed on both sides of the Atlantic. Our processors operate under the safeguards required by EU data protection law.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sparrowstead.support@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know and the right to delete.
