Every product on this site is a digital file that is delivered instantly. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
We know that is a firm policy, so here is how we try to be fair about it:
Before you buy
- Every product page lists exactly what is inside, how many tabs it has, and what file format you will receive.
- Our free guide is genuinely free. Download it first and see whether our work is the standard you want.
- If you are unsure whether a workbook does what you need, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly. If it is not right for you, we will say so.
If something is actually wrong
If a file will not open, arrives corrupted, is the wrong product, or a formula does not work as described, that is our problem and not yours. Email us within 30 days and we will fix the file or refund you in full. No argument.
What is not a refund reason
- Changing your mind after downloading.
- Buying the wrong product when the product page described it accurately.
- Not having software that opens spreadsheets. Google Sheets is free and every one of our workbooks opens in it.
