2. What we sell
Digital files — spreadsheets and PDF guides — delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page and include any applicable taxes as calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery
Your download link is sent by email immediately after payment is confirmed, and is also shown on the order confirmation page. If it does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us at sparrowstead.support@gmail.com.
4. Refunds
All sales are final once a file has been downloaded. See our Refund Policy for the full terms, including the cases where we will always refund you.
5. Licence
Your purchase grants a single-user licence. See License & Terms of Use. All content, design and formulas remain our intellectual property.
6. No professional advice
Our products are organizing and calculating tools. They are not legal, tax, financial, insurance, accounting or engineering advice, and using them creates no advisory relationship. Figures, cost ranges, service lives and coverage limits are typical US values that vary by state, county, carrier and lender. Verify anything consequential with a qualified professional before acting on it.
7. Limitation of liability
We build these products carefully and verify the formulas, but we provide them "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including financial decisions made using our tools.
8. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense our files, use them to build a competing product, or attempt to disrupt the store.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
